Total Lunar Eclipse
$5.00
On a cold night in February was that rare occasion to photograph a total lunar eclipse. It took well over 300 photos to get the exposure just right That's the planet Saturn to the left. The star above is Regulus in the constellation Leo, one of the brightest in the sky, often occulted by the moon. It was indeed a special night and I was lucky to have captured this image, the one and only perfect. (Thanks to Wikipedia for some of info on Regulus!) Learn More

Desert Lizard
$7.50
The daylight and heat were waning as I came across this lizard grabbing the last bit of desert sun in The Joshua Tree National Park. I worked very quietly and slowly in order to get my camera on a tripod and not scare my little friend away, luckily capturing this image. Learn More

Coqui! (square)
$5.00
The jungle at night in Puerto Rico is swarming with the sound of thousands of the coqui, calling out to each other. They are small and pretty hard to find, but if you listen and hone in on them, they usually stay put long enough. For this shot I waited for around twenty minutes with a flashlight, and found a frog who let me take his picture! Learn More

Rainbow...square
$7.50
The leaves were not yet out in early April. A thundershower followed by a double rainbow inspired me to work this image into a very pretty and impressionistic look at water, air, reflection. Learn More

Sparrow Wreath With Descriptive Text
$25.00
This wonderful group of sparrows were busy flying in and out of the ivy on the library when I found them. Spending some time quietly waiting and a telephoto lens helped me find where many of them were hiding!

The text reads: "Sparrows in the family Passeridae, are small passerine birds. Generally Sparrows tend to be small, plump birds with short tails and stubby yet powerful beaks. They are primarily seed eaters and also consume small insects. American Sparrows are seed-eating birds with conical bills. Brown and gray in color, many species have Distinctive head patterns."
